3、投標人資格要求
投標人應具備的資格或業績：1)投標人必須是從事相關系統生產與銷售5年或以上的合法企業集團或獨立生產廠商;或其針對本項目唯一授權的代理商(提供相關證明材料); 2)投標人所投系統從2013年以來至少在中國民用航空機場有一個成功案例，提供合同予以證明; 3)投標人名稱應與招標代理機構的購標登記表上的名稱一致。如不一致，投標文件將予以拒絕接受。 4)本項目不允許聯合體投標。

Qualifications or Performance：1) The bidder must be a legal enterprise group or an independent manufacturer engaged in production and sales of related systems for 5 years or more, or an agent authorized solely for this project (provide relevant certification materials); 2) The bidder's investment system has had at least one successful case at the China Civil Aviation Airport since 2013 and provided a contract to prove it; 3) The bidder's name should be the same as the name on the bid purchase registration form of the bidding agency. If not, the bid document will be rejected. 4) This project does not allow consortium bids.
